Our hand saws are designed to prune and cut large tree and shrub branches over two inches thick, the cuts that loppers and pruners can't handle. A pruning saw's tooth pattern is ground for green wood and cuts on the pull stroke for control, and the ergonomic handles make our saws comfortable through a full day of tree care.
| Model | Format | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Pro Series 12" Folding Saw | Folding | Daily tree work. A 12 inch taper-ground blade that folds safely closed for carrying and storage. |
| Super Duty 18" D-Handle Saw | Fixed blade | Bigger limbs. The longest, stiffest blade in the line with a d-handle grip for long, controlled pull strokes. |
| Heavy Duty Bow Saw | Bow frame | Logs, firewood, and storm cleanup. A tension dial keeps the blade stiff and allows the blade to cut aggressively wherever the frame has clearance. |
| Compact Duralight Folding Saw | Folding | General cleanup. Light, pocketable, and the one to keep within arm's reach all season. |
Choose by where you cut: a folding saw for work on the tree, the D-handle when limbs get serious, and the bow saw for anything already on the ground. For branches still under two inches, loppers are faster, and green stems within arm's reach belong to hand pruners; our guide to tree pruning tools by branch size shows exactly where the handoff happens.
