Although I didn’t test them on anything but vines today, these are nice and sharp and easy to use. They have a lock and a grip adjustor knob for smaller to bigger hands. They’re easier to use than scissors, that is for sure! It’s good to have the right tools for the right job. These will cut up smaller branches very easily. They’ll help cut back bushes and small growing tree branches easily, too.

Great pruner. First of all it's the quality - metal and handlers are durable and done really well. The item.is lightweight, egronomicly correct to hold on hand. I love that you can adjust how wide the primer can be opened. It's sharp, I cut paper and it's like a paper cutter. At the same time it cuts branches like it's a butter. Overall very hight quality, no brainier buy.

These pruning shears are easy to use and take the effort out of some of my yard projects. The way they adjust makes them comfortable for my children, my husband, and I to all use (when I can get them to help me with the work!). It's simple to adjust the shears thanks to the way the button slides. They are super sharp which results in a clean, easy cut. Because they're so sharp it's important to be careful and this company clearly thought of that by also adding a safety lock. My kids are older and can unlock them without any issues, but it's a good safety measure to have in place especially if you have younger children. These shears are best for smaller pruning jobs because of how wide they open. If you have branches that are thick a pair of lopers would be much better. These function super well if you use them for the right purpose. I'm happy with how they're functioning so far and appreciate the time it's cutting from all the jobs I have to tackle!

I have a large vegetable garden and have to do lots of trimming plants and harvesting vegetables. My previous pruning sheers I bought in a big box store here. I paid probably $20+ for them but they only lasted 1 season. They got super stiff and would hardly work anymore. After looking around I got these pruning sheers and I absolutely love them! They are easy to use, nice and sharp, fit my hands nicely, and feel like they will last a long time. They are adjustable for bigger and smaller hands, and work perfect for when my kiddos are helping me in the garden. They cut smoothly and don't crush the plant at all. I also love that one side of the pruning sheers is nice and thin which makes them really nice for harvesting vegetables. They get in between the plant and the vegetable super easily and there is nothing big and bulky in the way of cutting. Love these!

When you adjust for hand size you also make the cutting radius bigger or smaller. But it is nice not to have them wide open unless you really need it for a large branch. These sliced through branches with ease. When done you could lock them up and store in a compact manner. They seem a bit more heavy duty than some of the well known orange and black products.
