Hand Pruners, also called Pruning Shears, Pruning Scissors, or Secateurs, are designed to precision cut small branches, stems, shrubs, perennial flowers, trees or plants under one inch thick. Regularly trimming your garden, yard, or landscape encourages plant health and growth.
