Coverage & Terms Woodland Tools Co. products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original customer owns the product. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
At Woodland Tools Co.’s discretion, defective product will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, sharpening, accidental damage, misuse, environmental factors, or industrial/commercial use.
IMPORTANT: WARRANTY LIMITATION & AUTHORIZED SELLERS To ensure product quality and authenticity, Woodland Tools Co. products are sold exclusively through a network of Authorized Retailers. The Woodland Tools Co. Lifetime Warranty is effectively VOID if the product is purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller.
Because Woodland Tools Co. cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality control, proper storage, or handling of products sold by unauthorized parties, products purchased from such sources are not covered by this warranty. This exclusion specifically applies to unauthorized listings on third-party online marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon.com, eBay.com, and Walmart.com.
If you purchase from an unauthorized seller, you are purchasing the product "As-Is," and the product will not be considered "New" for warranty purposes.

Legal Limitations Woodland Tools Co. shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
