TOOL CARE

What is the best way to care for my pruning tools?
– Remove any sap or dirt after each use to reduce build up.
– Lightly oil the blades for longer life – recommended every 3 months or more under frequent use.
– Sharpen blades to refine the edges, remove any burrs and extend the life of the tool.
– Tighten loose blots, nuts or screws if necessary.

What is the difference between Anvil and Bypass blades?
– Bypass blades cut in a scissor action and should be used for living growth.
– Anvil pruners are best for old or dead wood.

How thick of branches can I cut?
Please refer to the product packaging for cut capacity by tool

Can you sharpen these blades?
Yes – All of our blades can be sharpened when necessary.

 

 RETURNS

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Woodland Tools products as we are. If you’re not, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:
All returns must be purchased from Woodlandtools.com. Woodland Tools does not offer returns on items purchased outside of WoodlandTools.com

All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase.

Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.

Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund.

Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Woodland Tools does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on Woodland-Tools.com for the correct item.
